Wind Down Yoga - Michel

Wind down Yoga is a smooth and gentle Hatha Yoga practice. It’s the perfect practice for the end of your day. You will be practicing long deep stretches and some breathing techniques. This practice will calm you and bring you down to earth.


Kundalini Yoga - Michel

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a very powerful Yoga practice. It incorporates a lot of strong exercises to strengthen your body and to get your energy flowing. It’s an energizing practice with powerful meditations and Pranayamas (Breathing techniques)


Hatha Yoga - Michel

Hatha Yoga is an ancient Yoga practice, which incorporates a lot of strong physical poses and Pranayamas (breathing techniques). It is the root of many other Yoga Styles and a powerful tool for a balanced life on a physical and an emotional level.


Satsang - Michel & Nicole

Satsang comes from Sanskrit and means spiritual teaching or to be in the company of true & wise people. It is a community gathering where there is a specific topic presented by someone who has expertise in this subject and there is an opportunity to share your experience and ask questions.

Aroma Yoga - Nicole

This is a unique practice that combines Pure Essential Oils, Yoga poses & Polarity techniques to reset, revive, and replenish your body, mind, and spirit. The combination of these techniques is a powerful way to clear and rebalance the Chakras. The class is designed around what support the students need for each particular class.


Kids Yoga Stories - Nicole

Kids yoga is a class for children between 4-9 years old and includes a yoga story that integrates yoga postures and a particular theme for each class. This allows for children to learn while following the book and practicing yoga poses related to the topic. It’s spontaneous, light-hearted, and encouraging.


Essential Yoga - Nicole

A Hatha flow that includes traditional Hatha poses in a smooth and restorative flow. We use essential oils periodically during the practice that support focus, awareness and relaxation thereby enhancing your yoga experience. The combination of yoga flow and essential oils will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Yin Yoga - Nicole

A deep and restorative practice that consists of a series of passive floor poses that primarily work the lower part of the body; the hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine as well as the heart and chest area. The poses are held for up to five minutes, gently stretching the connective tissue (fascia) so that you feel more open and grounded.


Hatha Flow - Nicole

Based on the traditional Hatha practice, the class also incorporates movement and repetition to support grounding and stability. Breathing techniques and stretching are also included that allow you to open up and release tension. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, inspired and centered.


DOGA - Nicole

If you like yoga and are a dog lover, what could be more fun than DOGA? Dog Yoga is a combination of a regular yoga class for dog owners (pawrents :-) that allows the dogs to socialize with each other as well as their fellow humans and also gives the pawrent`s a chance to help their dog to perform yoga poses.

And better yet we are donating 25% of the proceeds to an amazing cause - The Dog Rose- a new kind of animal shelter which brings rescued dogs and children together in a beautiful park built just for them. https://www.dogrose.ch/

You will be surprised how dogs actually love yoga and pick up on the calming and grounding energy in the room. It is a light and amusing practice that is open to all levels. At the end of the class there is an opportunity to give your dog a relaxing massage before everyone (including your pup) relaxes in Savasana.

Your dog should be house broken and friendly with both male and female dogs. The class is also open to non-dog owners with the prerequisite that you love dogs!

This is a donation based class that we are offering twice a month so make sure you reserve the dates ahead of time.
