Metta Meditation

In metta meditation, we direct loving kindness toward ourselves and then, in a sequence of expansion, towards somebody we love already. Somebody we are neutral towards. Somebody we have difficulty with. And ultimately toward all beings everywhere without distinction. 

During metta meditation, people are amazed to find out that they have a capacity for lovingkindness, both for themselves and for others. Due to our past conditioning, many of us do not trust our capacity to love. Metta involves a tremendous opening and purifying of our fields of intention, which can then infuse our entire life. We discover that we can indeed love and that everything comes back to love.


Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini offers a variety of Meditations for different purposes. The meditations are often part of the hole Yoga practice. They are practiced in different amounts of time. Mostly 3, 11 or 31 Minutes. They have an astonishing impact on our hole system. Even the magnetic field starts to change during the Meditation. If you start to practice Kundalini Meditations on a regular basis it will transform you on a physical and energetically level. Our Kundalini meditation is included as part of the Kundalini yoga classes.


Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is when you are guided verbally, by a teacher, to elicit a specific change in your life. You are first guided to relax your body and mind, to help you reach a deep meditative state before going on a journey, in your mind, to reach a specific goal.

As the brain does not distinguish between an imagined event and a real one, the experience you have with a guided meditation is just like having a real experience. This has an amazing effect on your life due to the way the brain works.

The beauty of a guided meditation is that you can bring about change in your body by using your mind, and that means activating muscles, changing your biological state, and even changing the way the cells in your body work.
